"Lou Becker of Becker Contracting has helped Bay West Inc. with several major renovation projects and many minor projects at our corporate headquarters located in St Paul. We believe in “Best Value” practices. Part of our core values are to perform all activities with pride, integrity and the highest regard for safety while treating everyone with mutual respect, trust and honesty. That being said, Lou was able to work well with other vendors and contractors involved in these projects. He was on time, professional, on or under budget, came up with creative solutions to the issues at hand and most importantly, he was able to accept change.
